Definitions

Eligibility

Account Registration

To access the full range of Services on the sr777 Platform, you are required to register a personal Account. The following terms govern the registration and maintenance of your sr777 Account:

3.1 Registration Requirements

When registering your Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and Indonesian mobile number. You agree to promptly update your Account information whenever it changes to ensure that it remains accurate and current at all times.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each Player is permitted to hold one single sr777 Account at any given time. The Company strictly prohibits the creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual, whether under the same or different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers. Detection of duplicate Accounts will result in the immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and potential forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to immediately notify sr777 customer support if you have reason to believe that your Account has been accessed without your authorization. The Company accepts no liability for any losses arising from unauthorized use of your Account where you have failed to maintain the security of your login credentials.

3.4 Account Credentials

You must not share your Account username or password with any third party, nor permit any other person to access or use your Account on your behalf. Account access is strictly personal and non-transferable. The Company reserves the right to require periodic password changes as a security measure.

3.5 Username Policy

Usernames must not contain offensive, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate language. sr777 reserves the right to require a Player to change their username at any time at its sole discretion if the username is deemed inappropriate, misleading, or in violation of these Terms.

Identity Verification (KYC)

sr777 is committed to maintaining a secure, fair, and compliant platform. As part of this commitment, the Company requires all Players to complete identity verification (Know Your Customer, or KYC) prior to processing withdrawal requests and at any other time the Company deems necessary for compliance or security purposes.

4.1 Documents Required

Players may be required to submit one or more of the following documents as part of the KYC process:

• A government-issued photo identification document (e.g., Indonesian National ID Card / KTP, passport, or driver's license).
• Proof of residential address issued within the last three months (e.g., bank statement, utility bill, or official government correspondence).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., a screenshot or scan of the registered bank account or e-wallet showing the account holder's name).

4.2 Verification Timeframe

4.3 Consequences of Non-Verification

Failure to complete KYC verification when requested by sr777 will result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality on the Account. Persistent failure to provide requested documentation may result in permanent Account closure.

4.4 Data Protection

5.2 Deposit Terms

• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum deposit amounts are published on the Platform's deposit page and are subject to change at the Company's discretion with reasonable prior notice.
• Deposits are typically credited to your sr777 Account within minutes of successful payment confirmation. In the event of a delay, contact customer support with your transaction reference number.
• The Company does not charge fees for standard deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer charges.

5.3 Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own legal name and matching the name on your sr777 Account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• The Company targets withdrawal processing within three (3) minutes to four (4) hours during WIB business hours (08:00–22:00 WIB, UTC+7). Processing times outside these hours may extend to the following business day.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are published on the Platform and may be adjusted at the Company's discretion.
• Players must complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal request can be processed. Unverified Accounts will have withdrawals placed on hold pending document review.
• The Company reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on any withdrawal request it considers unusual, high-value, or potentially fraudulent, which may extend standard processing times.

5.4 Currency

All Account balances, deposits, withdrawals, bets, and winnings are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). The Company does not offer multi-currency accounts. Players depositing from accounts denominated in a foreign currency bear any resulting conversion costs and exchange rate differences.

Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

sr777 offers bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins on selected slot titles, and cashback offers. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published on the individual promotion page at the time of the offer, in addition to the general bonus terms set out in this Clause.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonus credit awarded to a Player's Account is subject to a minimum wagering requirement before it or any winnings derived from it may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x), will be clearly stated on each promotion's dedicated terms page. Failure to meet the wagering requirement within the specified validity period will result in automatic expiry and removal of the bonus and any associated winnings.

6.3 Bonus Eligibility

• Each Player is entitled to claim each distinct promotional offer once only, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new Players registering their first sr777 Account only. Players who have previously held an Account with sr777 under any identity are not eligible for new Player promotions.

6.4 Prohibited Bonus Activities

The following activities in connection with bonuses are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate disqualification and potential Account termination: placing bets in a pattern designed to exploit bonus terms (bonus abuse); coordinating bet placement across multiple Accounts to collectively meet wagering requirements; using bonus funds in a manner inconsistent with the spirit of the promotion as reasonably determined by the Company; and any form of chip-dumping or deliberate loss-making to manipulate bonus outcomes.

Gameplay Rules

7.1 Game Integrity

All games available on the sr777 Platform use independently certified random number generators (RNGs) that determine game outcomes without human intervention or manipulation. The Company does not alter game outcomes after bets have been placed. RNG certification is maintained through regular independent third-party audits.

7.2 Bet Settlement

In the event of a discrepancy between a displayed result and the underlying system record, the system record shall be considered definitive. 7.3 Sportsbook Rules

7.4 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a software or hardware malfunction that affects the integrity of a game round or bet, the Company reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund the original stake to the Player's Account. The Company is not liable for any losses, missed winnings, or consequential damages resulting from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the sr777 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to appropriate authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any point during registration, KYC verification, or any communication with sr777.
• Registering or operating more than one sr777 Account simultaneously or sequentially.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human method to place bets, access the Platform, or exploit game mechanics.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, matched betting, or any strategy designed to exploit bonus terms or pricing errors in a manner that poses no genuine financial risk to the Player.

• Money laundering, fraud, identity theft, chargeback fraud, or any activity that violates Applicable Law relating to financial transactions or data integrity.

• Allowing any third party to access or use your Account for any purpose whatsoever.

Privacy & Data

Limitation of Liability

• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorized Account access where the Player has failed to maintain the security of their login credentials.
• Interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any Service due to technical failure, maintenance, or circumstances beyond the Company's reasonable control.
• Errors in game outcome display where the underlying system record is accurate.
• Actions taken by the Company in good faith pursuant to these Terms, including Account suspension, bet voiding, or bonus disqualification.
• Any third-party payment delays or failures outside the direct control of sr777.

The total aggregate liability of sr777 to any Player in connection with any single claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Termination

13.1 Termination by the Company

sr777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Player Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the event of: a breach of any provision of these Terms; reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other unlawful activity; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe; or any conduct that the Company determines to be harmful to the integrity of the Platform or the interests of other Players.

13.2 Termination by the Player

Players may close their sr777 Account at any time by submitting a written request to the customer support team at [email protected]. Prior to Account closure, the Player must withdraw any remaining balance subject to the standard withdrawal terms set out in Clause 5. The Company will process the closure request within five (5) business days of receiving a confirmed request.

13.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of an Account for any reason, the Player's licence to use the Platform is immediately revoked. Unclaimed bonus credit and any winnings derived solely from bonus play that remain subject to incomplete wagering requirements at the time of termination shall be forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned to the Player via the withdrawal method of record, subject to completed KYC verification and any outstanding compliance holds.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which sr777 is incorporated and holds its international gaming licence. Amendments

When material changes are made, the Company will update the "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page and, where reasonably practicable, notify registered Players by email or in-Platform notification. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and request Account closure in accordance with Clause 13.2.
